• Full Care board includes grain and hay twice a day, shavings and stall cleaning 7 days a week.
• Huge, lighted outdoor arena.
• John Lyons round pen.
• Hunter jumps, trail equipment (show), and speed equipment available for practice in arena.
• Lots of tree-covered trail riding space.
• All horses must show proof of negative Coggins and have current shots. We worm every-other month.
• $400 Stall Board - Includes stall with shavings, daily turnout, grain and hay twice a day
• $455 Stall Board with no turn-out  - the increased price covers the shavings used to keep a horse in a stall full time.
• $285 Pasture Board - Includes board in a group pasture with grain twice a day and hay as needed.
• $320  Private Paddock/dry lot outside board – outside board for horses that need a secluded area. Feed and hay 2 X pd.
